(know the Bill of Rights, the right(s) we are guaranteed by each amendment, and what life would be like without that amendment.)
3. Marbury vs. Madison Game
(Be familiar with the Marbury vs. Madison case, and know why it was so important to our nation's history.)
4. Who is John Marshall?
His biography--scroll to the bottom of the page and look under "Chief Justice of United States" heading
5. Judicial Review Game
(What is judicial review? Where did it come from? Why is it important?)
6. Amendment Process
(Know the purpose & process for amending the Constitution)
7. Amendments--Test your skills with this game to see how many amendments you know)
8. Be able to identify examples of responsible citizenship.
